Recruiter/Case Manager - Responsible for recruiting efforts to support the Out-of-School Programs under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to include recruiting applicants for programs; assisting in determining applicant’s eligibility under Federal regulations; assisting students in the application and enrollment processes; informing the community on programs available under the WIOA; developing community partnerships to best serve youth in jurisdictions served by the Youth Workforce Center and assisting in the monitoring of participant activities. Responsible for the development of marketing materials for the Youth Program under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. BS degree in Counseling preferred or related areas of studies or experience equivalent. Must have a working knowledge of computers to include Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to work effectively at a number of locations during the workday. Reliable transportation required. Valid Virginia Driver’s License, frequent driving may be required.
