Lucas County Children Services is seeking an Administrative Secretary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in Office Management or Executive Secretarial program preferred. Two (2) years word processing experience and two (2) years office experience in a secretarial or administrative assistant capacity required. Demonstrated ability to type 60 WPM required. Demonstrated ability to operate PC, Microsoft word, excel and spreadsheet software. Ability to operate general office equipment such as; calculator, copier and fax machine. Demonstrated competency in spelling, grammar and punctuation required. Knowledge of office management/organization. Proven record of thoroughness, collaboration skills and proficient communication. Notary Public license or willingness and agreement/ability to obtain. Flexible and able to maintain personal effectiveness/credibility. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural work environment required.
