Office Administrative Assistant
To provide administrative support for the Principal, staff and school community.
Essential Functions:
1. Provide support/assistance for administrative assistant to the Principal as deemed necessary.
2. Assist in writing a weekly newsletters and various memos/letters.
3. Make calls to parents of students with unexcused absences.
4. Maintain Skyward for daily attendance and lunch count.
5. Provide support services to teaching staff in the area of typing, duplicating and collating.
6. Perform receptionist duties: Answer telephone, greet visitors, etc.
7. Assist Health Assistant when necessary.
8. Sort and distribute incoming mail.
9. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
10. Attend work regularly.
11. Perform other secretarial related activities as assigned by the building principal.
12. Communicates effectively and in a timely manner with all stakeholders using oral, written and electronic means.
