INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ANALYST-Pos. #100075
Individual needed to work with the information services staff to perform agency wide computer system analysis and support. Primary responsibility to provide level 1 and 2 technical support for over 200 end-users. Perform system analysis techniques and procedures, consult with end users, determine hardware, software or system functional specifications and detailed documentation of resolution. Provide new employee computer orientation training and configuration, deployment and maintenance of hardware and software solutions. Job Duties include the following:
- Provides level 1 and level 2 help desk support for IT-related questions.
- Performs systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications and detailed documentation of resolution.
- Performs design, development, configuration, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, modification or upgrade of computer systems. Complete these tasks based on and related to user or system design specifications.
- Performs design, documentation, testing, creation or modification of computer programs related to machine operating systems. This includes imaging of workstation computers to include desktop, laptop and tablet models.
- Utilizes remote access tools to provide support and troubleshooting.
- Establishes and maintains cooperative and effective working relationships with staff.
- Conducts new employee computer orientation training every two weeks.
- Assists with system backups and in monitoring system data integrity and security.
- Performs configuration and deployment of mobile devices to include smart phones and regular cell phones.
- Assists with the VoIP phone system.
- Assists staff with user proficiency related to audio/visual equipment.
- Performs staff IT hardware relocation as needed.
Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred or progressive experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to provide level 1 and 2 help desk support. Proven ability to perform system analysis techniques/procedures and document the process thoroughly. Experience with supporting users and managing multiple projects in a timely manner. Strong ability to understand and document complex system processes and relate them to end users in non-technical terms. High level skill with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint and Project. Proven organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Work Schedule: Monday- Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
EHR Application Specialist (Pos. #100035)
Individual needed to work remotely primarily with the information services and quality management staff to maintain the Cerner Millennium software and modify the software as required. Provide help desk support for Cerner Millennium to 200+ end users. Responsible for ensuring data integrity and security, focusing on the back-end portion and interaction of data. Participate in implementing the Cerner Millennium software and regulatory requirements, across all departments. Develop and maintain documentation on software, business processes, and extracted data as required by pertinent regulations. Individual will identify, design, develop, test, implement documents for Cerner Millennium by communicating with the vendor, Cerner, information services and quality management staff; participate in user acceptance testing for software applications. Job Duties include the following:
- Maintains, implements, and modifies Cerner Millennium as required.
- Provides help desk support for Cerner Millennium to end users.
- Maintains user privileges and security within Cerner Millennium.
- Identifies, designs, develops, tests, implements and documents system modifications.
- Develops and maintains internal documentation on software, business processes, and extracted data as required locally and by pertinent regulations.
- Develops guidance documentation for end users and management.
- Verifies and validates the integrity of the data in software through various methods including extraction of data.
- Participates actively with user group, user forum, testing and validation of modifications within Cerner Millennium.
Bachelor’s Degree in Heath Information, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred or progressive experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities within Cerner Millennium. Proven ability to administer changes to Cerner Millennium. Experience with supporting users and managing multiple projects in a timely manner. Strong ability to understand and document complex system processes and relate them to end users in non-technical terms. High level skill with MS Office products, Must have reliable internet at home with a strong connection (50 Mbps or greater for upload/download speeds). Must be familiar with video conferencing. Must have a smart phone for agency phone application. Must be able to independently support hardware. Discipline to work from home while following a set schedule. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (POS. #1046) Salary Range:$45,000-$48,000
Colonial Behavioral Health is seeking a Development and Communications Specialist. Position will assist in the implementation, coordination, and provision of community relations, grants management, and project management related to new and existing services and initiatives. Primary duties include research, development and oversight of agency grant and special projects. Provides structured project management for successful implementation of new services and initiatives. Designs and produces promotional materials and website content. Engages in community outreach, networking and event coordination to foster public/private partnerships, community awareness and legislative advocacy efforts. Seeking an individual with grant management, marketing, media and public relations and event coordination experience. Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite applications. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communication, Public Administration or related field required. Demonstrated experience in communication, development or project management or related field required. Experience in Behavioral Health Field preferred. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday : 8:00am-5:00pm. Position may have availability of remote work.
